Cosmetology …as a Career
Nationally, employment of hair stylists is expected to grow through 2006.  The growing emphasis on physical appearance will increase the demand for good stylists.  As the population grows and personal income rises, there will be more people who need haircuts, and other
grooming services, such as facials, manicures, application of artificial nails and barbering.  The Cosmetologist will be in demand.  In particular, Cosmetologists who are trained in nail and skin care should experience strong demand.
