The Knox County Career Center Public Preschool is a Five Star Step Up To Quality preschool open to local residents.  

Classes are located at the Knox County Career Center, 306 Martinsburg Road, and offer a comprehensive program staffed by a certified teacher and experienced teacher assistants.  

Children must be 3 years old and potty-trained by August 1, to be eligible to enroll in our program. Children may attend preschool Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 11:15 am or 12:00 to 3:15 pm. To assist families with child care needs, the morning children may arrive as early as 7:30 for a small fee. Note: Class times are subject to change. There is a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee.
