Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Knox County Career Center Board of Education, ATTN Tracy Elliott, Treasurer, 306 Martinsburg Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, and plainly marked on the outside "SITE IMPROVEMENTS”. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time Monday, March 2, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Knox County Career Center Treasurer’s Office located at 306 Martinsburg Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Knox County Career Center located at 306 Martinsburg Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
