KCCC had 12 students who completed the Knox ASPECT manufacturing readiness program recently. Students attended manufacturing-related courses throughout the five-week program and took company tours throughout the month of April. The Knox ASPECT program focuses on technical skills and soft skills. Students concluded the program by interviewing with all 13 local manufacturing companies. Many of the students received job offers at the event! This program was coordinated by the Knox WorkDev group in partnership with MEP at Columbus State. The coursework was led by WorkDev, Columbus MEP, local manufacturers, Ohio Means Jobs Knox County, and the Knox Technical Center. Thankful to all of these organizations for this high-quality program!
